      Access control is the way of the future. It allows you to control who is entering and exiting your premise. Different methods consist of access cards, codes, and fingerprints. With access control one can look back and view the length of time that someone was at the premise, and control their activities based on a time log.

Access control today is used increasingly in business to restrict and control access into the building. It can be used in a wide range of applications, such as time and attendance tracking. Time and attendance tracking can be tied in with many major payroll systems today. Systems can be designed for a wide range of business applications either with proximity cards or biometric readers. Cost effective systems allow managers to track the movement of employees throughout the workplace and can be tied into payroll programs to ensure employees are actually on the work site.
