    Installation & Service Technician

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Security technician required for our system integration company. Experience installing CCTV, Access Control, Burglary systems & networking an asset. Must be diligent and hardworking & able to deal with customers. Must have a clean drivers abstract, and a criminal record check. Excellent wages, 4 day work week.


    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Assist with the installation, troubleshooting, servicing, technical support and project management of security systems, both on-site and via telephone.



    REQUIREMENTS:

  • Some techinical and electrical knowledge required.

  • Knowledge of: CCTV, digital video recorders, access control, burglary systems an asset.

  • Enjoys working with people over the phone and providing thorough follow-up; strong customer service orientation.

  • Outstanding problem solving abilities, organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Security Systems Sales Representative

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Our company is seeking a top sales representative for security systems, including CCTV surveillance, access control, burglar alarms, and fire detection.


    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Promote sales to existing clients, Prepare or oversee preparation of sales or other contracts.

  • Provide consulting for clients before or after a sale.

  • Execute your own sales campaigns and outbound calls to drive sales revenues. Effectively prospect, identify and close sales opportunities.

  • Cultivate sales leads by contacting and qualifying potential customers while maintaining our current customer base.

  • Ensure that customer concerns are addressed and resolved in a positive and friendly manner.




    REQUIREMENTS:

  • Superior organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Previous sales experience.

  • Self-motivated, customer-driven, results-oriented and excellent negotiatior.

  • Enjoys working with people over the phone and providing thorough follow-up.

  • Strong communication skills. Able to self-start and take initiative.

  • Outstanding problem solving abilities, organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Willing to travel.
